This live course runs for five months with a small group interested in studying inner peace and mindful eating, focusing deeply on moments of disruption, emotion or stress that leads to eating off-balance. Our primary tool is The Work of Byron Katie, and there are guided meditations, pre-recorded lessons, a simple membership site, and 3 short live calls per week for practicing this meditative inquiry. This is a high touch program for people really wanting to give up diet thinking and understand inner balance with food, eating and body image using self-inquiry and mindfulness.
