The location is a one of a kind. The home is located just three miles from downtown Twain Harte. It is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with access to the Ditch/Flume walk in their backyard. It is a beautiful walk to Lyon’s Dam in one direction and up to Kewin Mill in the other direction.

The house is very tastefully decorated in the era that it was built. Handmade quilts on all the beds and a kitchen large enough to square dance in.

There are four bedrooms upstairs and downstairs is the kitchen, living room and the bathroom. 

There is a wraparound porch for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cup of tea.

One bedroom has a crib, a daybed and a queen size bed. The next room has a queen bed, the next room has a double and a single bed and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed as well. There is also a daybed upstairs in the hallway. The living room has comfy couch and chairs. The bathroom has a claw foot tub as well as a shower right next to the laundry room with the washer and dryer.

The kitchen has everything!!!! Large table with ample seating. A gas range, microwave and dishwasher. It has been decorated to fit the personality of the house, I could not imagine anyone not falling in love with this vacation rental.
