Description
3 hours of Maintenance Cleaning which includes: Dust, wipe down visible hard surfaces (as needed - windowsills included, not doors/backsplash), sanitize counters, disinfect sinks/toilets, clean mirrors/glass (no windows , but including glass doors inside and out).
Wipe down/shine appliances, disinfect trash can, take out trash/replace liner, OrangeGlo unpainted, finished wood furniture and fixtures, vacuum/sweep carpets/rugs/floors (including under all furniture within reach without moving furniture), mom non-wood hard floors, Bona wood floors, clean tub/shower.

Special Instructions
Estimate must be set up before day of maintenance clean to set up what areas will be cleaned in the allotted time. Need 48 advance notice to set date to prepare and work around other customers. If the clean date is set and needs to be rescheduled, will need 48 hour advance notice or clean will be cancelled. (Unless serious emergency).
