The IAEM Scholarship program will be raising money at the IAEM Annual Conference in Long Beach, California, Nov. 11-15, 2017. There are three events.

Silent Online Auction

The Silent Online Auction is being held on BiddingForGood. All bids will be through their mobile app or website. The Silent Auction will begin before the conference on Oct. 1 and end Oct. 24, at 12:30 p.m. ET. Bidders do not have to be present to participate. Bidders that win items that are not present will have them shipped (shipping cost is the responsibility of the bidder.) Most of the items will be available for viewing during the live event.

Live Auction

The IAEM Scholarship Program Live Auction will be held Oct. 23, 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the EMEX Exhibit Hall beginning during the EMEX reception. The auction is open to IAEM Annual Conference Attendees. All bidders must be present to participate. Items in the auction may be previewed online in the Silent Auction portal or in person at the conference.

Basket Bonanza

IAEM Regions, Councils and Chapters have created themed baskets to be raffled during the conference. Winners must be present to win and are respsonsible for shipping contents, if needed. Tickets may be purchased onsite or via credit card in the BiddingforGood portal. Stop by and put your tickets in the baskets you wish to win.
