This lot contains two bourbons from Boone County Distilling Co.


Eighteen33 straight bourbon whiskey is traditional copper distilled and aged 12 years. It is made from 75% corn 21% rye 4% malted barley. The appearance is a rich glossy amber with golden highlights and sparkle with an aroma that is full caramel and brown sugar notes with carmalized wood essence (crème brulee). It has a finish that is warm and full mouth with a dry, sweet, long finish.


Bourbon Cream is crafted in small batches and no refrigeration is required. It is a cream liqueur that places whiskey front and center. The appearance is a rich alabaster cream with an aroma of warm nutmeg and spice with a frame of creamy depth. The flavoe is soft vanilla and marshmallow with bourbon highlights.
