At Bru Coffeeworks we offer seasonal single origin coffees from all over the world. If you’ve never had a single origin, you are truly missing out on an awesome coffee experience. We source our raw green beans from suppliers that deal in both Direct Trade and FairTrade practices. Our coffees are roasted to order and suited to your palate. We roast small batch coffee in a traditional drum roaster. Our process places less focus on the roasting temperature and more on the age-old practice of trusting the sight, smell and sound. Our main priority is making sure the natural sugars of the bean are perfectly caramelized so you never have a bitter cup.
