Description
Learn to make the perfect party cake from a cake master!
A special class designed for the beginning cake decorator and those wanting to perfect their buttercream skills. Students will learn proper technique and tools to level and split cakes evenly--apply buttercream smoothly, without crumbs, and then learn to cold carve buttercream to give flawless surfaces and crisp, sharp edges! We'll complete the cake with buttercream piping and final finishes. Hilary will also give a start-to-finish demonstration on how to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
Take your masterpiece home with you at the end of class.
