Enjoy a lesson in how to make Swiss fondue with Mr. Joyet! Mr. Joyet will provide all the traditional tools and come to your home to demonstrate and make Swiss cheese fondue for 4-6 people, as well as the accompanying dishes, dried meats, and salad. Note, this dish does involve a small amount of white wine, and Kirschwasser (a spirit). All alcohol is burned in the cooking process and contributes to the flavor.
