In honor of Barbara Bush's passing, Danie decided to paint her wonderful garden off of Ocean Avenue.  Danie paints irises every spring, so it was fortunate that they were blooming.  The matted piece will be a treasure for anyone who loves gardens and Mrs. Bush. Measures 20.5x20.5 inches, matted to 29x29 inches.  Frame is slightly damaged.

Ganny's Garden was created by the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust in honor of Mrs. Bush and dedicated to her in 2011.  Ganny's Garden will forever bloom in her memory.

Danie Connolly is a well known artist in the Kennebunks.
