One hour session of Bowenwork, a gentle but powerful bodywork therapy that uses small, precise moves to stimulate the body's own healing capacity.  Bowenwork can be effective in resolving a range of issues, including joint and muscular pain, injuries, systemic conditions such as asthma, concussion or TMJ symptoms, even depression and anxiety.  Some use it as deeply relaxing preventative care!
