Come enjoy delicious wine under blindfold! During this 60-75 minute tasting experience, completely blind sensory expert Dr. Hoby Wedler of Senspoint Design will guide you through a conversation of wine, aromas found in wine, other non-visual aspects of your surroundings, and finally four wines which you will smell and taste. The experience will begin with a conversation of wine and how it is an art form. Next, we will all introduce ourselves and share a bit about our favorite varietals of wine. Next, several aroma samples will be passed around, one by one. These aromas are single aromas which can be found in the wines you taste and they act as a means to enhance your aromatic vocabulary. Finally, we will taste through four delicious wines and discuss them thoroughly.

Hosted in the beautiful Santa Rosa home of Alex and Andy Reed.
More wine and light appetizers will be served at the conclusion of the tasting.
