One 60-minute private yoga session for one adult.
Michelle Vargo has 15 years of experience. With a varied background, she started a yoga program at Joffrey Ballet's Summer Intensive to help dancers through fatigue and injury, as well as having led Fertility Yoga Workshop supporting can have a session tailored to your needs or have a traditional Hatha/Vinyasa style yoga session.
Special instruction - The session will be held at a mutually agreed upon location.
