Jumpstart your entire life with an intensive intro session with energy medicine healer, intuitive and holistic wellness practitioner Rachael Smith. Intro intensive is 2.5 hours long and includes body work as well as intake and assessment. 

Rachael’s work is tailored to the needs of each of her clients so modalities used will vary for the individual. As needed, she will work together with you on nutrition and, possibly, detoxification, while integrating supportive lifestyle habits.
