Owned and operated by mother daughter team Melissa Dills and her daughters Andrea and Alli. Core Fitness opened in 2006 to bring traditional Pilates to Scott's Valley area. They have since expanded twice, in 2009 they were certified in the SPX method created by fitness celebrity Sebastian Lagree and began teaching group Proformer classes. In 2011 they expanded again to include TRX suspension training. Because of their multiple certifications and Pilates based fitness methods they are able to cater an energetic and challenging work out for all fitness levels. Private, semi private and group classes are offered.
