My mission is to share these inspirational practices both mind and body to as many people as possible. After12years of meditative practice, I absolutely believe in the transformational power of mediation and would like to help you experience this too.

All private sessions come with a 30 minute consultation in which we spend time assessing how to best serve you and your goals.
