Dandelion is one of the few small-batch bean-to-bar chocolate makers in America. We source cocoa beans directly and make finished chocolate from the bean, rather than molding and working with already finished chocolate. Our current line-up consists of three single-origin, 70% cacao, bars that contain only two ingredients: cocoa beans and cane sugar. Our bars are made with techniques and machines that were popular a hundred years ago, before chocolate production was industrialized.
