Who can resist this invitation to dinner?..."Iran is the country that gave us chess, polo, the first air conditioner, ice cream, algebra and (if you ask my husband) water and air too! I am not sure about all that, but they make the yummiest food this side of the Tigris and Euphrates. We would like to invite you to the Siahpoosh home for dinner to enjoy traditional, homemade, Iranian dishes from MAST-O-KHAIR to TACHIN to TA-DEEGH (a tasty delight that will have you on the next flight to Tehran).
