Happy Warriors Yoga helps children and teens find their internal warriors and develop those qualities/abilities. This item is valid for two 45-minute mindfulness and body movement sessions for a middle- or high-school class and teacher. Happy Warriors will visit during school hours and provide the sessions to two different classes of your choice. This is a wonderful opportunity for the teacher(s) to gain skills relating to bringing students into total stillness and focus. All will experience a calm and joyful meditation as well as a reenergizing body movement sequence. Miami-Dade school only.
