Marques de Teran, Limited Edition Rioja 2011
Colour: Very intense cherry red with garnet hues. Bright and clean.
Aroma: Attractive bouquet, black and red ripe berries, sweet spices
(cinnamon, vanilla and black pepper), hints of dark chocolate, balsamic
aromas dairy and slightly toasted notes. Complex and mature aromas.
Taste: Well delineated palate, superb acidity with mellow and creamy
tannins but still a solid mid palate. Savoury wine.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Red meats and game. Surprising accompanying a
dessert or in the after lunch.
