A host of dark red cherry, plum, mocha, spice, leather and tobacco give the 2014 a good deal of aromatic complexity to balance the natural richness of the year. Unlike the single-vineyard Cabernets, the Napa Valley bottling will drink well pretty much upon release. This is an absolutely impeccable Cabernet Sauvignon from O'Shaughnessy and winemaker Sean Capiaux.
