At Dynamo Donut + Coffee, Spearin takes her years in some of San Francisco's top restaurant kitchens to create flavor pairings you'd be more likely to find in artisinal pastries than in the humble donut. Using seasonal, local and organic ingredients, the Dynamo team hand make the tastiest cake and classic donuts, directly at the Mission storefront and supplying the Marin Kiosk six days a week.
