Adam Yukelson is trained and certified by Integral Coaching Canada (ICC) to offer customized individual coaching programs. The ICC methodology is deeply rooted in an understanding of human development. Because it is built on extensive research about how and why humans transform and integrate new capacities, this method of coaching enables Adam to help clients become aware of how they approach situations, see new possibilities, and develop the specific capacities they need to get unstuck and sustain change that deeply matters to them.

Coaching is useful for aspects of work and life such as leadership, communication, team building, relationships, career development and finding purpose. Adam is particularly interested in supporting leaders who are working from within business, government and civil society institutions to create meaningful societal change. Yet, he is trained to work with any client, from any part of the world, on any topic. Programs are designed around a specific topic, issue or challenge that matters to the client.
