Dennis Vermeulen’s 15 years of architectural practice follows a decade of experience as a visual artist and Head of Installation at the Guggenheim Museum in New York.  Dennis applies his unique background to designing and managing residential, commercial, and institutional architecture projects in New York and abroad. His most recent crowning achievement is the award-winning Pierhouse and 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Park, a 600,000SF development along the waterfront in Downtown Brooklyn.
