This is your opportunity to take that dream culinary class at an amazing, 100% hands-on school! A $100.00 Gift Certificate towards any hands-on cooking and baking classes are typically 3 hours long and are limited to 16 students to ensure you get proper attention and experience. These classes typically range from $85 -$125, and are offered 7 days a week, mornings, afternoons or evenings. You will prepare each item on the menu and then sit down and enjoy what you have made at the end. You can even bring your own wine or beer.
The Gourmandise focusses on teaching classic techniques using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The school offers pastry and cooking classes, professional courses and fascinating food workshops.
