Good for ONE 7-week Body Inspired Camp session in any of our workout programs.

Classes meet 3 days/week for 7 weeks (total of 21 workouts).  Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at either 530 or 630pm and meet at Palisades Park in Santa Monica. 

Body Inspired Fitness runs one of the longest running outdoor fitness programs in Santa Monica. BIF is the only large fitnes group permitted by the City of Santa Monica to hold classes in historic Palisades Park. They are more than a workout program - they are family - with 98%return rate for every 7-week session offered. 

Their goal is to give you more than intense, effective, unique and FUN workouts that WILL change your body like nothing you have ever done before.  Our mission is to show you that exercise is a change to work on yourself.  Take time for you.  Breath, sweat, connect and listen.  We believe workouts should give you and opportunity to discover how strong you already are.  

These programs are designed to build stength and endurance, tone and tighten, all while keeping you accountable.  Unlike other classes, we cap our classes at 8 so you still get individual attention.  The worksouts are challenging but fun and the view is better than at any gym!
