House Rules
- Not safe or suitable for children (0-12) and pets - The cottage is fine for children over the age of 7 so just email homeowner via airbnb link if you have children of this age.
- No smoking, parties, or events
- Check-in time is 4PM - 11PM and check out out by 4PM
- Self check-in with lockbox
- Please do not wear outdoor shoes upstairs in the carpeted areas
- Pet(s) live on property - (small Jack Russell dog)
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $136
