Sweetgrass Herbals is dedicated to renewing the sacred, life-giving connection between plants and people and facilitating the opportunities for healing that are all around us.

A wellness consultation is the way we get to know one another.
You will have the opportunity to embark on an honest and respectful exploration of your health, facilitated by me (Emily). Together we'll look at your current health and concerns and then create a Wellness Protocol to move you towards your optimal health, including one or more custom-blended herbal formulas that have truly been made with your specific constitutional needs in mind. An initial consultation usually lasts about an hour and a half, during which time we go over all of the major systems in the body, looking for ways in which each of the parts are affecting the whole. This process is both scientific and intuitive.

Emily French, founder of Sweetgrass Herbals, is a clinical herbalist who weaves together the threads of Chinese herbal medicine, traditional Western herbalism, and indigenous First Nations herbal knowledge to create custom protocols that address both symptoms and root causes of discomfort and disease.
