This extraordinary brew is the result of complex and carefully timed brewing. It is a blend of batches, some having been aged up to 24 years in a variety of woods in our Barrel Room.

Vintage:  2017 Utopias

Alcohol:  28% ABV

Barrels Used for Aging: 

•Single-use bourbon casks from the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery
•Portion of this beer are aged it in Aquavit, Carcavelos, Ruby Port, and Muscat finishing barrels
Tasting Notes:  Notes of dark fruit, subtle sweetness, and a deep rich malty smoothness reminiscent of a rich vintage Port, old Cognac, or fine Sherry.
