A vacation rental home for travelers visiting Independence. Close to the historic square and tourist sites. Accommodates 2 - 8 people. Much less expensive and nicer than a hotel or motel with a fully furnished home, three very comfortable queen beds, a comfortable pull-out couch, kitchen stocked with utensils and all new appliances, washer/dryer, dining area and breakfast nook.

Expires one year from auctions closing date. Subject to availability- Dates confirmed 90 days or less from check in- Summer dates 30 days or less and may be limited to Sun-Thursday nights.Taxes paid upon check in and based upon regular rate. $30 cleaning fee.
