This Glory Cellars 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is comprised of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. This wine was produced in the Lodi appellation of California. This young and powerful wine has a dark, deep purple color in the glass. There are dark fruit characters of blackberry and black cherry in the nose. Behind these fruity aromas, this wine displays toasted oak, black pepper and earthy notes. The attack showcases some big juicy tannins. This wine has the long span of a bald eagle from start to finish. It reveals its true colors by coating the entire surface of the mouth with all the fine tannins of a Cabernet Sauvignon.
