Item includes one 90-minute session given by Laurie Sanford, PT, OCS Physical Therapist for over 30 years.
Assessment allows them to focus on problem areas, with a mini bodywork session (gentle) and help determining a self-management exercise program.
The session can be geared for any age or ability. Street clothes are okay, exercise clothes are ideal.

Item must be picked up at the Annual Benefit Dinner & Dance on 2/22/19, or at the IHM rectory therafter. If the buyer would like the item shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
