Bluejack Kids offers social emotional learning workshops for kids ages 6-10. Workshop topics include managing anger and frustration, combating worries, communicating assertively or building confidence. Each interactive workshop is 1.5 hours long. Parents are invited the last 15 minutes of class to review concepts and strategies taught.
