Use your membership toward any of the following: Adult Bootcamp, Strength and Conditioning, and Crossfit!

Bootcamp is a 60-minute total body group session programmed to build fitness and strength through circuit training. This includes interval training, aerobic activities, functional movements, muscular strength, endurance, and power exercises, as well as lateral and linear metabolic conditioning.

The 60-minute Strength and Conditioning classes are designed to improve your overall strength as well as your aerobic and anaerobic fitness. The focus of this class is on strength AND fitness. They will push you to be stronger than ever using barbells, dumbells, and more.

Charles River CrossFit uses a variety of methodologies including running, rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and many others. Classes include skill training, strength and power development, metabolic conditioning, and are accessible to all levels. Scaling is always available and encouraged! As a an official CrossFit affiliate, we place equal emphasis on safety, strength, and conditioning. Classes are 60 minutes long.
