Come on over to the Hooper's for a "Louisiana Surf and Turf"!

The menu will include Mike's authentic BBQ with all the traditional sides and "fixin's". The crawfish will be flown in from Louisiana and cooked to perfection by Mike himself. The meat is locally sourced from a butcher in Somerville (M.F. Dulock) and everything else is from within 200 mile radius and is top quality. Mike makes all his own sauces, rubs, etc. in-house. Everything served will be homemade!  

If there is anything on the menu you'd like to substitute, that can be arranged.

Libations to be provided by the winners, but non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by the Hoopers. 

Date and time to be agreed upon by the winners and hosts. April-May is the best time for the crawfish.
