This is a darling New yellow raincoat with a hood, Size Large, ordered from Amazon, but was a bit snug on my 17# Bichon, who is lean and a longer size. Sizing information and picture of the coat is attached, taken directly from the Amazon website.
Special Instructions
The raincoat has a self-adjusting belly strap, Velcro, for a secure comfortable fit. It has a leash opening on top for harnesses. It's also 100-Percent polyester with waterproof PVC coating.
