Description
Darren Le Gallo is a contemporary American artist known for his dream-like paintings which delve into emotional states and the subconscious mind. Born on July 21,1974 in Landstohl, Germany, he received his BA in painting from Abilene Christian University in Texas in 1996. After moving to Los Angeles, Le Gallo met his wife, actress Amy Adams, while attending an acting class in 2001. He went on to appear in a number of feature films, including Date Night (2010) and The Master (2012).
His works have been exhibited in Chelsea, New York's Bold Hype Gallery; Seattle, Washington's Ltd. Art Gallery; Santa Monica, California's Bergamont Station; and Silverlake, Los Angeles Ghetto Gloss Gallery.
Le Gallo currently lives and works with his wife in Beverly Hills, California.
