Spend two night in a wonderful yurt owned by GHS parents Craig and Pippa Paulson.   Just two hours from New York in travel time but light years away in relaxation.

If privacy is your thing then this experience is for you. The property is on 5 acres of forest and boasts a private river with waterfall and swimming hole. Outdoor kitchen, a huge deck, wood fired hot tub, hot and cold running water, outdoor hot shower and more. You are at the end of a cul-de-sac so there is almost no traffic just the sound of birds and water flowing all day long.
Great location for Minnewaska state park and rock climbing at the Gunks. Mohonk mountain house is 10 mins away.

The Yurt is 900 sq ft on a 2000 sq ft deck. It can sleep 4 in a sleeping loft with a queen sized bed underneath with privacy curtain. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the communal living space. The bathroom is the only closed in room with a composting toilet and claw foot bath. There is hot and cold running water in the bathroom, kitchen and outdoor shower. We have kitchens both indoors and out as well as tables and chairs for eating both in and out. There is ample of lounging chairs on the deck and lawn plus we have 2 hammocks.

Must be used during summer or fall 2019.  Availablility can be checked and yurt can be booked through airbnb (payment will be waived by Craig).
