Every Friday from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m. beginning June through October, the cheese company offers a walking farm tour and casual cheese tasting. Learn the history of the farm and agriculture in the region, the life cycle (from birth) of our closed-herd Holsteins, what Farmstead means and why it's important to us (and you!) and how artisan cheese is made. You'll enjoy a sampling of our cheeses and have the option to visit the retail store before you depart.
