- To maintain Palm Island's peaceful and romantic atmosphere, hotel does not accept resort bookings for children under 16 years of age from January 3 to April 8. Children 12 years of age and older are welcomed from April 9 to January 2.
- All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $140 per person/night which provides all dining, all beverages (including alcohol), resort facilities, activities, service charges and gratuities.
- Guests choosing to upgrade to a higher category may do so for as little as $40 per night + tax.
- Air transportation is not included.
- Government tax is additional.
- Resort black-out dates do not apply however, additional peak season surcharge of $100 per person/night applies Dec 21 – April 15.
- Also, one 7-night stay is valid for peak season dates Dec 21- April 15; two 7-night stays are valid April 16 – Dec 20.
