This water front home was built in 2002 by the Williams sisters (Serena and Venus) hence the professional-sized tennis court. We have a fair-sized screened-in patio with an in-ground pool and a hot tub. Our pool is serviced weekly. There is an outdoor wash-room and a shower. 3 rooms lend themselves to either a balcony or patio. We are 5-10 minutes from the closest beach called Pepper Beach; 15-20 minutes from outlet malls; walking distance to down town Fort Pierce where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, freshly baked bread & goodies at the nearby bakery, gelato ice cream parlour, Saturday market with a wide array of arts and crafts display, clothing and jewelry display. Closer to the waterfront, you will enjoy our local farmers' fresh fruit and vegetables. Experience an assortment of food that vendors have to offer while enjoying a live jazz-band entertainment. Fort Pierce usually get big-named stars perform at the Sunrise Theatre, only a 5-minute drive from our home. We are 1.45 hours away from Orlando and about 1.5 hours from Fort Lauderdale. The nearest airport is West Palm Beach (45 minutes).
