Our key west style, tin roofed home is nestled among tropical landscaping and next to a deep water lagoon that leads quickly out to the Inter Coastal Waterway and the Banana River. Under a screened lanai you will find a swimming pool with lounging ledges, a 7 person hot tub, and an outdoor shower for keeping the house lovely and sand-free! Nap in the super comfy swing bed or relax overlooking the gardens. Lounge on the hammock that hangs beneath the coconut palms swaying in the breeze. Paddle board around the corner to be among pods of dolphins swimming all around you (you can use our water toys)! 

5 minutes in the car (or a bike ride) takes you to beautiful beaches with free parking and amenities such as bathrooms, rinse showers, and food trucks. Makes for an easy, fun beach day. Tourist attractions in Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando are an easy day trip. You may even see a launch from our beach! Great location before or after a cruise as we are not far from Port Canaveral. Or add on some relaxation by the beach before or after your busy Orlando vacation. (People often comment needing a vacation after that vacation... here it is!) Small town surfer-vibe at the shops and restaurants. Lots of festivals, outdoor markets, and craft shows in the area. A small boat (up to approx 17 feet) can be docked behind the house. Or, you can just use the dock to sit and watch the many species of birds, fish, manatee and dolphin that frequent the canal. 

Our home will be professionally cleaned and cared for before your arrival! We prefer the same arrangements with swaps. Hot tub can be heated. Full pool heat is optionally arranged.
