Card cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. After 24 months of nonuse, an administrative fee of $1.00 per month will begin to be deducted from the remaining balance of the card, provided that the balance on the card is $5.00 or less when the fee is assessed. Card expires 60 from purchase date, November 14, 2018.
