Schafer Farms is a family farm in Lacrosse, Indiana, led by third generation of farmers. Winner choices between a sampler package or a $100 Gift Certificate to choose their own cuts. Previous samplers ncluded 2 Tbones, 2 rib eyes, 1 round steak , 1 sirloin steak, a chuck or arm roast, a boneless roast, a package of cube steaks, 4# of burger patties and 13# of burger in 1# packages. Items would be ready for pick up at the butcher in June or July. Arrangements can be made with the Burke Family or the farm directly.
