Debbie Korman of Korman Law Office will assist with the drawing up of two health care directives for two individuals (a couple).
Formerly called an Advance Directive, this is a written tool used to guide health care decisions when an individual is unable to do so because of incapacity.
A health care directive combines the general purposes of the living will and durable power of attorney for health care. It allows you to designate a health care agent; one or more persons legally authorized to make health care decisions for you if you are unable to communicate.
