A fun, exciting, and safe place for area youth to stay fit. With a “fitness is fun” philosophy, K&G Gymnastics well-trained staff will guide children in the early learning of body movement, balance, and coordination. They understand not all of the students will continue in our programs, but no matter their level of involvement, everyone will take with them the skills and confidence they gained at K & G Gymnastics.
