Derek Carr brought the Silver and Black back to relevance in 2016 with an MVP-level season. Last season, despite an underwhelming supporting cast, Carr reached the 4,000 yard mark for the first time in his career and will look to lead the Raiders through their rebuild in the upcoming year.
