We think of our restaurant as equal parts fun-loving sandwich shop and fine dining kitchen. By drawing inspiration from classic deli sandwiches and using premium, house-made ingredients, we deliver a dining experience that is approachable and affordable.

Where did the name “The Bread & Board” come from?

Owners Jonathan Cobbs and Dwayne Beliakoff were inspired by the idea of putting a twist on the idea of the classic sandwich shop. Their vision was to expand the essential components of a great sandwich — cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh ingredients, and baked-in-house bread— into a flexible format akin to a charcuterie board. Hence, the name “The Bread & Board” was born.
