Hosted by Lynn Slouka and Fran Trujillo, this class for 6 will take place in Lynn's beautiful home in Bowmar. We will gather in her gorgeous and spacious kitchen for a class given by Chris Henry who is a line chef at Tavernetta at Union Station. Tavernetta is owned and managed by the same folks who won the James Beard Award for Frasca in Boulder. Chris has already completed a culinary arts program with high honors at Johnson and Wales and is on schedule as a junior to complete a four year degree in culinary management. He formally was the cooking class chef at Williams Sonoma in Cherry Creek. He adds fun and interesting twists to anything he touches.
