Is your child an aspiring baker?  Mrs. Lennon, our science lab assistant, is leading a cake baking and decorating class in her home for up to 2 children.  The class will be approximately 3 hours and the participants can expect to learn how baking is a science--accuracy in its methods and results that can be reproduced consistently--how ingredients interact and react, while also learning technical decorating skills.  The participants will go home with their own personalized cake.
