This work is inspired by New York City - home to people from all different backgrounds, including the Parrot class. Each child was assigned their own unique color to make their "mark" on the City by finger painting in the skyline. The result is a colorful composition of some of New York's most iconic structures including the Chrysler Building, the Empire State Building, the Freedom Tower, and the Statue of Liberty. The painting shows that together our differences can make something really special and beautiful.
